Launching a website involves preparing all required components so the site can run correctly on your hosting environment. This includes files, database configuration, and proper account setup.
In mybox, each website is connected to its own web account, FTP access, and database configuration.

Preparation steps
Before launching the website, make sure you already have:
- website files (HTML, CMS or application files)
- database backup (if your website uses a database)
- configuration details for your application
Steps to launch the website
- Create a new web account in the appropriate domain for this website pointing to the same directory as the FTP account.
- Create a new FTP account for this site pointing to the appropriate directory.
- Create a database user and a new database.
- Upload all files to your FTP account. You can do so usinge FileZilla
- Enter the appropriate configuration in the configuration file of the new page.
- Make sure that the website is working properly.
