Let’s Encrypt certificates are generated automatically for domains delegated to the mybox name servers (ns1.mybox.com and ns2.mybox.com). If a certificate hasn’t appeared yet, the most likely cause is DNS propagation.

DNS propagation takes time
DNS changes can take up to 24 hours to propagate fully across the internet. Until propagation is complete, the certificate cannot be generated - this is expected behavior, not an error.
What happens if generation fails
If the system encounters an issue during certificate generation, it retries automatically. The error message displayed in your mybox panel includes information about the timing of the next attempt.
No action is required on your end unless the certificate is still missing after 24–48 hours.
