Add-ons are optional extensions that expand specific capabilities of a mybox account without requiring a plan upgrade. They are available for purchase in the mybox Store, accessible from the mybox panel.
Add-ons are organized into four categories: Resources, Account Limits, Advanced, and Support.

Resources
Resource add-ons increase the processing power and storage available to your account. Each add-on can be purchased multiple times - limits stack with each unit bought.

SSH is useful for running custom scripts, managing files outside the panel, and using developer toolchains that require terminal access. Redis and CRON are described in detail in their own articles.
Support
Support add-ons provide access to direct human assistance from the mybox team.

Without a support add-on, One Box users have access to AI-assisted support via Helpdesk 24 and the Discord community.
How to purchase an add-on
- Log in to the mybox panel at panel.mybox.com.
- Go to mybox Store.
- Select the add-on and click Purchase.
- Complete the payment. The add-on activates automatically.
