Step 1 - Get started with website migration Go to the Store in your mybox panel and activate the Website Migration add-on.
Step 2 - Check your email After activation, you’ll receive an email with a link to the migration request form. Fill it in with your current hosting details and submit it.
Step 3 - Review before switching Once your files and database have been transferred, a ticket will be opened in our helpdesk center and you will also receive a notification via e-mail. Review your website on mybox and confirm everything is working correctly before proceeding.
Step 4 - Agree on a time for the domain switch. After your confirmation, we’ll agree with you on a convenient time to update your domain nameservers - so the switch has as little impact on your website’s availability as possible.
Step 5 - Redirect your domain Update your domain nameservers to point to mybox. DNS propagation typically takes a few hours, though it can occasionally take longer depending on your domain registrar and network conditions.

Email migration
In addition to your website, you can also migrate your existing mailboxes to mybox. Include your email details in the migration request form - they will be transferred alongside your website.
Migration pricing
Website migration to mybox is free for all paid plans (Flex Box and Prime Box) - no add-on required. If you’re on the free One Box plan, you can activate the Website Migration add-on from the mybox Store.
To get started, activate the add-on in your mybox panel - you’ll receive anemail with the migration form link shortly after. Migration of additional websites and email boxes will be available as a paid add-on in a future release.
