The EML format preserves the original email content, including:

Step 1: Log In to Webmail
Open the mybox webmail interface:
https://mail.mybox.com Log in using your email address and password.
Step 2: Open the Message
Navigate to the folder containing the email you want to download and open the message.
Step 3: Open the Message Options Menu
With the email open, click the three-dot menu (More actions) located in the message toolbar.
Step 4: Download the Message
From the menu, select:
Download → Message Source (.eml)
The browser will begin downloading the email as an .eml file.
