Mybox webmail allows you to customize how messages are displayed within individual folders. You can choose between a traditional message list view or a threaded conversation view, making it easier to manage your email according to your preferences.

Changing the Folder View
Step 1
Log in to your webmail account:
https://mail.mybox.com
Step 2
Click the Settings icon (gear icon).
Step 3
From the menu on the left, select:
Folders
Step 4
Choose the folder whose display settings you want to modify.
For example:
- Inbox
- Sent
- Drafts
- Archive
- Custom folders
In this example, we will select:
Inbox
Step 5
The folder settings window will open.
Locate the option that controls the message list view.
You can choose between:
List
Displays every email as a separate entry in the folder.
This view is useful when:
- You want to see each message individually.
- You frequently sort messages by date, sender, or subject.
- You prefer a traditional email client layout.
Threads
Groups related messages into conversations.
This view is useful when:
- You participate in long email discussions.
- You want to keep replies organized together.
- You prefer a conversation-style layout similar to modern email applications.
Step 6
Select the preferred view type and save the changes.
The folder will immediately display messages using the selected layout.
Which View Should I Choose?
List View
Best for:
- Support mailboxes
- Shared mailboxes
- High-volume inboxes
- Users who prefer seeing each email separately
Thread View
Best for:
- Personal mailboxes
- Team discussions
- Ongoing conversations
- Keeping replies grouped together
