On our servers, it is possible to install an SSL certificate provided by the user. In order to install an SSL certificate, you need to create a new ticket in the Helpdesk 24h. The following information should be provided in the request:
- for which domain the certificate should be installed
- What is the password for the private key
Next, you need to place the following files that are necessary to install the certificate:
- private key file
- certificate file
- Intermediate key file of the issuing authority
The installation of an SSL certificate is done by us free of charge.
For all websites, we activate a free Let’s Encrypt certificate by default.
