Currently, it is not possible to combine the “Cloudflare” and “let’s Encrypt” functionalities with each other, as both generate an SSL certificate, while the encryption path is different in both cases. If you want to have a full SSL certificate, we suggest buying the Pro package in “Cloudflare” and connecting a paid certificate, e.g. “Comodo Positive SSL”.
