In mybox, a domain can be transferred from one user account to another. This allows ownership and management of the domain to be moved between two separate panel accounts.
The process requires confirmation from both the sending and receiving account.

How domain transfer works
Domain transfers between accounts are performed through the 24/7 Helpdesk. Both sides must confirm the operation to ensure that the transfer is authorized.
This helps protect domains from unauthorized changes.
Step 1: Request transfer from the current owner account
From the account where the domain is currently managed:
- open the 24/7 Helpdesk
- create a new request
- specify that you want to transfer the domain
- include the login of the target mybox account
Step 2: Request transfer from the receiving account
From the account that will receive the domain:
- open the 24/7 Helpdesk
- create a new request
- confirm that you accept the domain transfer
Both requests must be submitted for the process to proceed.
Step 3: Processing the transfer
Once both confirmations are received:
- the support team verifies the requests
- the domain is moved to the target account
- ownership is updated in the system
You will be informed once the transfer is completed.
Practical implications
After the transfer:
- the domain is managed from the new account
- DNS settings and services remain unchanged unless modified
- billing and administration responsibility is moved to the new owner
No downtime is expected if services remain correctly configured.
Summary
To transfer a domain between mybox accounts, both the current and receiving account must submit requests via the 24/7 Helpdesk. After confirmation from both sides, the domain is moved to the new account and becomes fully managed there.
