- Incoming mail server:
imap.mybox.com - Outgoing mail server:
smtp.mybox.com
Step 1: Install BlueMail
Download and install BlueMail from your preferred app store or from the official BlueMail website.
Once the installation is complete, launch the application.
Step 2: Add a New Email Account
When BlueMail opens for the first time, you will be prompted to add an email account.
Click Next to continue.
Step 3: Enter Your Email Address
Enter the email address you want to configure.
Click Sign In or Next, depending on the version of the application.
BlueMail will attempt to detect the correct settings automatically.
Step 4: Configure the Account
If the settings are detected successfully, BlueMail may ask you to provide:
- An account name
- A display name or description
These values are used only within the application to help identify the account.
After entering the information, click Next.

BlueMail may offer different inbox display options, such as:
- Default view

Select the layout that best suits your preferences and click Done.
Manual Configuration
If automatic detection does not work, configure the account manually using the following settings:
Incoming Mail Server (IMAP)
| Setting | Value |
|---|---|
| Server | imap.mybox.com |
| Port | 993 |
| Security | SSL/TLS |
| Username | Full email address |
| Password | Email account password |
Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP)
| Setting | Value |
|---|---|
| Server | smtp.mybox.com |
| Port | 465 |
| Security | SSL/TLS |
| Username | Full email address |
| Password | Email account password |
What to Expect
After the configuration is complete, BlueMail will synchronize your mailbox and begin downloading messages.
The initial synchronization may take several minutes depending on:
- Mailbox size
- Number of folders
- Internet connection speed
Summary
BlueMail can usually configure email accounts automatically using only the email address and password. If automatic detection fails, you can manually configure the account using imap.mybox.com for incoming mail and smtp.mybox.com for outgoing mail. Once configured, BlueMail will synchronize your messages and allow you to manage your mailbox from the application.
