Distinction: mybox Domains vs. External Domains

• Custom Domains: To use your own .com or .ro address, you must first “park” the domain in the Domains tab. Once parked, you can link it to your web account and activate associated email services.

• Accessing Technical Data: All critical connection details-such as your website host address, database host, and FTP port-are located under the Additional Information button at the top of your site management page.
• Resource Limits: While mybox offers high flexibility, your site’s performance depends on your chosen plan and any active Boost Packs or Add-ons.
• Domain Connection: Simply purchasing a domain does not make your site live; you must explicitly point that domain to the correct directory in your web account settings for the website to load.
