In order to change the domain owner (ownership transfer), you need to create a request in the Helpdesk 24h from the the mybox panel level. In this application, please include the “Request for Domain Name Change”, which is available at this address, along with the required documents in accordance with the instructions contained in the application.
Next, you need to send an e-mail from the domain registrant’s mailbox (note! the domain registrant’s e-mail address may be different from the address of the hosting account owner, especially when the domain was transferred), to the address [email protected] containing in the body the consent to the assignment and providing the number of the application created earlier in the mybox panel, e.g. #123456

If you do not have the opportunity to send a message from the domain registrant’s e-mail box, you can use the option of signing the submitted application using a qualified signature.
After receiving completed and complete applications, our specialists will assign the data indicated in the applications, thus changing the subscriber of the indicated domain.
Transferring a domain to another mybox account
If you want the domain to be transferred to another account in mybox.com, you need to create a request after confirming that the assignment has been done correctly. The following conditions must then be met:
Both existing and new customers should submit a request through their own Helpdesk 24h about the desire to transfer data with the indication of the source and destination accounts. One of the applications should include details of the move:
- what domain we are to transfer and whether it has created web accounts, aliases, e-mail accounts (if the data is not to be transferred, please inform us, then the following points should be ignored)
- indicate the source account database to be migrated and the destination database (should be created before the application)
- indicate your preferences as to the date of data transfer (within the possibilities of the technicians, these will be taken into account or still agreed)
