WPForms is one of the most popular contact form plugins for WordPress. It allows you to create contact forms, quote request forms, support forms, and many other types of forms without requiring programming knowledge.

Installing WPForms
Step 1
Log in to your WordPress administration panel.

Creating Your First Form

Configuring Email Delivery via SMTP
Using SMTP ensures that form submissions are sent through an authenticated email account, improving deliverability and reducing the risk of messages being marked as spam.

Install WP Mail SMTP

After installation, click:
Open Setup Wizard

Embedding the Form on Your Website
Step 1
Open the page or post where you want to display the form.
Step 2
In the Gutenberg editor, click the:

button to add a new block.

Search for:
WPForms
and select the WPForms block.

A dropdown menu will appear containing all available forms.
Select the form you created earlier.

Save or publish the page.
The contact form will now be displayed on your website.
