To configure a qualified signature in Szafir 2.00, follow the steps below.
Table of Contents
Step 1: Open Configuration
Click the “Configuration” button in the main application interface.
Step 2: Select Active Profile
From the list of available configurations, choose the one marked as “[active]” to modify its settings.
Step 3: Configure Signature Parameters
Adjust the selected configuration according to your required signing standards. These settings define how the qualified signature will be applied and validated.
Important Notes
Once a document has been signed with a qualified electronic signature, it must not be reopened, edited, or re-saved. Any such action may corrupt the signature structure and cause validation errors.
Documents signed in Szafir are always saved in the XAdES format, which ensures compatibility with qualified signature verification systems and makes the file ready for submission or processing.
