Step 1: Start the Signing Process
Click the “Sign” button located on the left side of the application interface.
Step 2: Open Options
After initiating the signing process, click the “Options” button to access signature configuration settings.
Step 3: Configure Signature Parameters
Set the required signature parameters as defined in your certification or system requirements. These typically include cryptographic and formatting options required for compliance with qualified electronic signature standards.
Important Note
Once a document has been signed using a qualified electronic signature, do not reopen, modify, or re-save the file. Any additional changes may corrupt the signature structure and cause the document to fail validation or become unreadable in verification tools.
