The Email Logs module allows you to monitor and analyze outgoing email messages sent from your hosting account. It helps identify delivery issues, detect messages that may be classified as spam, and improve the reliability of your email communications.
At present, the module displays logs for messages sent using the PHP mail() function. Support for additional outgoing email sources may be added in future updates.
To access the module, log in to the mybox panel and expand the Email section.

Message Statuses
Each outgoing message is assigned one of the following statuses:
Sent
The message was successfully delivered from the mail server and forwarded to the recipient’s server for processing.
Deferred
The message could not be delivered immediately and has been temporarily postponed. This commonly occurs due to recipient-side protections such as greylisting. The mail server will automatically retry delivery at a later time.
Flagged
The message received a high spam score and may be considered suspicious by recipient mail servers. Although it was sent, there is an increased risk that it may be placed in the recipient’s spam folder.
Blocked
The message was identified as spam and was blocked before delivery. Blocking potentially harmful messages helps protect both your domain reputation and the reputation of the shared mail infrastructure.
Viewing Message Details
Selecting a message from the log list allows you to review detailed information about that email.
Message details may include:
- Sender address
- Recipient address
- Sending date and time
- Message size
- Spam score
- Rules and checks that influenced the final classification
These details can help determine why a message was flagged or blocked and assist with troubleshooting delivery issues.
Search and Filtering
To simplify log management, the Email Logs module includes search and filtering options.
You can search by:
- Recipient address
- Sender address
You can filter messages by status, including:
- Sent
- Deferred
- Flagged
- Blocked
The log list can also be sorted by:
- Date sent
- Sender
- Recipient
- Message size
- Spam score
These tools make it easier to locate specific messages and analyze email activity.
