The AuthInfo code is a unique authorization code required to transfer a .eu domain to another operator. You can obtain it by following the steps below:
- Go to the EURid website: Open your browser and go to https://eurid.eu/.
- Go to the “My .eu account” section. Access the “My .eu account” section.
- Log in or create a new account
- If you already have an account, log in using your domain name (e.g., yourdomain.com) and the associated email address.
- If you don’t have an account, enter the domain name and the email address associated with that domain. You will receive a unique login link at that address.
- Set your access password: after clicking on the link you received, you will be asked to set a password for your EURid account.
- Log in to the EURid panel: Use your newly created password to log in to your account at https://my.eurid.eu/auth/login/.
- Generate AuthInfo code:
- In the user panel, find the option “Generate a new authorization code.”
- Click on this option and the system will generate an AuthInfo code for you.
- Save code: Copy and keep the generated AuthInfo code safe. You will need it during the process of transferring the domain to a new operator.
Please note that the AuthInfo code is a confidential element that ensures the security of your domain. Do not disclose it to unauthorized persons.
