Context
LiteSpeed Cache is a WordPress plugin used to improve website performance through caching and optimization features. In mybox, WordPress installations can be optimized using this plugin either manually or directly from the WordPress dashboard.
If WordPress was installed automatically from the mybox panel, you can skip the installation step and proceed directly to configuration.
Installation
You can install the LiteSpeed Cache plugin in one of two ways:
Option A: Install from WordPress.org (manual upload)
Download the plugin from:
Then upload the .zip file in your WordPress dashboard under the plugin installation section.
Option B: Install directly from WordPress (recommended)
In your WordPress dashboard, go to:
Plugins → Add New
In the search field, type:
LiteSpeed Cache
The plugin should appear in the results list.
Click Install Now and wait for the process to complete.
Once the button changes to Activate, click it to enable the plugin.
After activation
Once activated, LiteSpeed Cache will apply a set of default optimizations to your website automatically.
These include basic caching configurations that improve loading speed without additional setup.
