In a situation where you try to park a domain in the mybox panel as part of your customer account, you may receive a message that it cannot be done because the domain is already parked. There may be several reasons for such a message.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. One of the most common is that the domain is actually already parked in one of your other accounts. Very often, our clients have several or a dozen accounts, e.g. used for themselves and for the companies they serve. Therefore, make sure that this is not the case by verifying other hosting accounts you have as part of mybox.com<\/a>

  2. Another reason may be that the person or company who was commissioned to work on your website parked the domain in their mybox.com<\/a> account. So if you have outsourced work on your service to a third party, contact that person or company and make sure that this is not the reason for such a message.

  3. The last possibility is that domains can change owners. So, for example, if another mybox customer had a domain that now belongs to you, it may still be in the parking lot as part of that person’s or company’s mybox.com account
