class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Important:<\/strong> If your Apple ID uses two-factor authentication (2FA), you must generate an App-Specific Password. class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The migration process:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Copies emails from iCloud Mail<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preserves folder structure where possible<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transfers attachments<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leaves the original iCloud mailbox unchanged<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The duration of the migration depends on:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mailbox size<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Number of messages<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Network conditions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apple server response times<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Completion_Notification\"><\/span>Completion Notification<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once the migration has finished, a notification will be delivered to the destination id=\"Using_an_App-Specific_Password\"><\/span>Using an App-Specific Password<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If two-factor authentication is enabled for your Apple ID, create an App-Specific Password before starting the migration:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sign in to your Apple ID account settings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Navigate to the <strong>Sign-In and Security<\/strong> section.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Generate a new <strong>App-Specific Password<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use the generated
