If a folder is assigned incorrectly, functions such as saving drafts, moving messages to spam, or archiving emails may not behave as expected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you create custom folders and want them to be used for specific mailbox functions, you can assign them through the <strong>Special Folders<\/strong> settings at any time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Summary\"><\/span>Summary<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">mail.mybox.com allows you to customize the folders used for drafts, sent messages, spam, trash, and archives.
