It may have been intercepted by our spam filters. When it is overflowing, any message sent to it will not be accepted. You can check the status of the mailbox surface in the the mybox panel and in the mybox Mail in the lower left corner of the main screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Wrong_address\"><\/span>Wrong address<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The sender may have sent the message to an address with a typo. In this case, the only way to improve it is to contact him. Also, check if you are looking in the correct mailbox. Some programs offer support for multiple accounts at once.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Active_filters\"><\/span>Active filters<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Make sure you also check if the message was not routed to a different folder due to active filters in mybox Mail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Use_the_search_engine\"><\/span>Use the search engine<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can always use the search engine to find the news. With its help, you can search for messages by filtering the subjects or content of emails.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you still have not been able to locate the email, please contact Customer Service by phone or via the Helpdesk 24h.
