The General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) is a European Union regulation that aims to improve product safety across the EU market. It applies to products sold both in physical stores and online, introducing additional obligations for manufacturers, importers, distributors, and online marketplaces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The regulation has applied throughout the European Union since December 13, 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/div>\n\n
