To maintain the stability and performance of our shared infrastructure, these resources are currently reserved for our core supported technologies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Practical_Implications\"><\/span>Practical Implications<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Static Sites (SSG):<\/strong> If you use Node.js only to <em>build<\/em> your website (using frameworks like Next.js, Astro, or Gatsby) and then deploy static HTML\/CSS files, you <strong>can<\/strong> host the resulting static output on <strong>mybox<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Backend Applications:<\/strong> If your application requires a live Node.js backend (Express, NestJS, etc.) to handle API requests or database connections in real-time, it will not function on this platform.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Development Tools:<\/strong> While you can use Node.js on your local computer for development, the code cannot be executed by the <strong>mybox<\/strong> server once uploaded via FTP or SSH.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Summary\"><\/span>Summary<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>mybox<\/strong> hosting environment is specifically tailored for PHP-based applications and static content.
