<em><strong>&#8220;Import&#8221;<\/strong><\/em> button, a page with a form will appear, where you can indicate the .sql or .sql.gz file from the disk that you want to stay.<br>imported, and then in the vast majority of cases, without making changes to the other options, order the import by clicking the <em><strong>&#8220;Go&#8221;<\/strong><\/em> \/ id=\"Summary\"><\/span>Summary<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">phpMyAdmin allows you to import <code>.sql<\/code> and <code>.sql.gz<\/code> database backups directly through a web browser. After selecting the target database and uploading the backup file, phpMyAdmin executes the SQL statements and restores the database contents.
