This migration process is initiated directly from your account panel and is managed via a dedicated migration order form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Initiating_the_Migration\"><\/span>Initiating the Migration<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you have the <strong>OneBox<\/strong> freemium plan.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To start the process, you must first activate the <strong>Migration Add-on<\/strong> within your mybox administration panel. Once activated, a migration order form will be sent automatically to your registered email address. You can find this on any of your mybox invoices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Current Hosting Admin URL:<\/strong> The login address for your current provider\u2019s management area (e.g., cPanel or Plesk).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Website CMS Access:<\/strong> Provide the backend URL for your sites (e.g., <code>domain.com\/wp-admin<\/code>), along with the administrative login and password for each site being moved.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mailbox Configuration:<\/strong> Include the <strong>IMAP server address<\/strong> for your current mail. If you are unsure of this address, you may leave the field blank, though providing it will speed up the process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Additional_Configuration\"><\/span>Additional Configuration<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If your website relies on specific server-side settings, please include these in the &#8220;Additional Information&#8221; section of the form.
