Before searching for a name, consider what your website is about. An online store, a personal blog, and a professional portfolio each call for a different approach. A domain name that clearly reflects the nature of your project is easier to remember and more likely to be found through search.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 2 \u2014 Keep it simple and easy to remember<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Short names that are easy to spell and pronounce reduce the chance of users mistyping your address. Avoid special characters, numbers, and hyphens where possible \u2014 they increase the risk of errors and make the domain harder to share verbally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Including a relevant keyword in your domain name can improve your site’s visibility in search results.
