Errors<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In some cases, you may see the following message:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-code\"><code>The parked domain was not delegated correctly, or the new domain configuration was not read. Please try again on the hour.<\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This message usually indicates one of the following issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"DNS_Propagation_Is_Still_in_Progress\"><\/span>DNS Propagation Is Still in Progress<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you recently changed the domain&#8217;s DNS servers or DNS records, the changes may not yet be visible across the entire internet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">DNS propagation can take up to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-code\"><code>24 hours<\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During this period, mail service activation may temporarily fail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Incorrect_MX_Records\"><\/span>Incorrect MX Records<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If your domain uses external DNS servers, the DNS zone must contain the correct MX records required for mybox email service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the MX records are missing or point to another provider, activation may not be possible until the DNS configuration is corrected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Domain_Configuration_Has_Not_Yet_Been_Updated\"><\/span>Domain Configuration Has Not Yet Been Updated<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In some situations, the system may still be processing the newly added domain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Waiting a short period and trying again later often resolves the issue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Verifying_Your_DNS_Configuration\"><\/span>Verifying Your DNS Configuration<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Before activating email service, ensure that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The domain has been added to your mybox account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The domain is delegated correctly (if using mybox nameservers).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The required MX records are configured properly (if using external DNS).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>DNS propagation has completed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 whether the domain is configured correctly or the activation error persists, contact the mybox support team through the support section of the mybox Panel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When opening a ticket, include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The domain name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A description of the error message<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Information about whether you use mybox DNS servers or external DNS servers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The support team can verify the DNS configuration and help identify the cause of the problem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Summary\"><\/span>Summary<span appears, verify:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>DNS propagation status<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>MX record configuration<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Domain delegation settings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once activation is successful, you can begin creating and using mailboxes for the
