Step 1 \u2014 Get started with website migration<\/strong> Go to the Store<\/strong> in your mybox panel and activate the Website Migration<\/strong> add-on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 2 \u2014 Check your email<\/strong> After activation, you’ll receive an email with a link to the migration request form. Fill it in with your current hosting details and submit it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/div>\n\n

Step 3 \u2014 Review before switching<\/strong> Once your files and database have been transferred, a ticket will be opened in our helpdesk center and you will also receive a notification via e-mail. Review your website on mybox and confirm everything is working correctly before proceeding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 4 \u2014 Agree on a time for the domain switch.<\/strong> After your confirmation, we’ll agree with you on a convenient time to update your domain nameservers \u2014 so the switch has as little impact on your website’s availability as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 5 \u2014 Redirect your domain<\/strong> Update your domain nameservers to point to mybox. DNS propagation typically takes a few hours, though it can occasionally take longer depending on your domain registrar and network conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
