Performance &#8211; Clear cache<\/strong><\/em> in the backend of the store in the menu on the left and manually via <em><strong>FTP<\/strong> <\/em>by going to the <strong>cache\/smarty\/compile<\/strong> directory and deleting all directories that are located there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Workaround\"><\/span>Workaround<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the above solution does not help, edit the <strong>tools.php<\/strong> file in the directory via FTP <strong>Classes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Find the code in it<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-code\"><code>protected static $is_addons_up = true;
